Course Overview
This microcredential provides a rigorous and practical grounding in the systemic regulatory requirements shaping digital operational resilience across the EU. Based on the requirements of the Network and Information Security Directive (NIS2) and the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), it will develop practical skills to understand and comply with regulatory requirements, set within the context of internationally recognised cybersecurity risk standards including the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
The microcredential covers core requirements across ICT Governance, Risk Management, Third-Party Risk, and incident reporting. Participants will also identify the essential components of a robust resilience testing programme and explore the legal, operational, and reputational consequences of non-compliance.
