Cork/Sec 129 meetup for cyber security

We are delighted to co-sponsor the next CorkSec meetup, on next Tuesday on the 12th of March 2024 in the Pavilion.

In the large and changing world of cybersecurity and tech, CorkSec has been going since June 2013. With monthly talks and networking, it's a great place for enthusiasts and pros to get together and meet. Talks cover a wide range of topics like data protection and decentralized communication. Everyone is welcome at this monthly event. There is also lots of delicious free pizza!

Event details:

  • Date: Tuesday, March 12th, 2024.
  • Time: Doors open at 19:00, talks start at 19:15.
  • Venue: The Pavilion, Carey's Lane.

Talk 1: Data Loss Prevention by Rahul Krishna. Learn about safeguarding sensitive information. 

Talk 2: Meshtastic Decentralized Communication by Patryk Glogowski. Discover an off-grid mesh network for long-range communication.

Beyond talks, network and socialize with like-minded individuals. All levels of interest welcome. Bring friends and colleagues!
