Course Overview
This module equips students with the skills to design and improve business processes that support their organisation’s cybersecurity needs. Learners will explore key business process improvement (BPI) frameworks, such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPMM, and CMMI, and apply techniques like process mapping and root cause analysis to identify and prioritise improvements.
The module emphasises the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in service development, acquisition, testing, and performance monitoring. Students will assess how AI can enhance cybersecurity operations, support quality assurance, and strengthen governance and compliance.
By the end of the module, learners will be able to develop AI-informed, cyber-resilient processes aligned with organisational objectives.
